Memory Pockets Monthly: Wonder – at The Lilypad

Hello hello! There’s only one month left to Christmas, and most of my scrap pages now are devoted to the holidays, past and current. I used the new products from The Lilypad (20% off this weekend) and had lots of fun making these pages!

Do you have an Elf on the Shelf in your family? We do and love this tradition, and we also have a reindeer and, as of this year, a St. Bernard. 🙂

The Memory Pockets Monthly: WONDER collection is a perfect fit for my style! I cannot wait to print out the journaling cards to use in my Project Life album! In the meantime, I made some digital pages.

Brrrr indeed! It’s gotten cold all of a sudden and winter has most definitely arrived!

This page was so fun to make! I was inspired by all the circles in one of the cards in the Memory Pockets Monthly: WONDER collection to make this page. I love how it turned out!

Mixed Media Monthly: November

Hello and happy almost Friday! I am very excited to share these pages I made with this week’s newest releases from The Lilypad (20% through the weekend).
First off, a fall page! Such a gorgeous kit!

Then, since I’ve been immersed in Christmas shopping, a Christmas page!

And finally, a page made using this month’s Mixed Media Monthly collection – it is so gorgeous and I look forward to spending some extra scrapping time with it this weekend!!

The papers in this collection are all so good, it was hard to pick this one to start!
Have a great weekend!

Christmas Tags

I started working on my Christmas cards this weekend, in fact I started with Christmas tags and I made over 20! I used an adorable stamp set and coordinating dies by Papertrey Ink called Winter Wishes.

I stamped the animals with black ink, while I used red and green for their clothing. I watercolored the fox and penguin, and then added some sparkle using Stickles. Here’s a look at the details while the glitter glue was still drying out.

Now, on to Christmas cards!

Document Your December

Hello hello! I am so happy to share with you the pages I made with the new Document Your December products that were released today at The Lilypad! I seriously couldn’t stop creating this week! I took out all my photos from last year that I hadn’t scrapped (except for my December Daily album). And everything is 30% off this weekend!

I love all the pages I made with the DYD, but this one might just be my favorite! The papers are so good! I printed some out to use in my December Daily album too.

I love how this looks like it’s an open album! These are printables for your planner but here I just used them as an extra layer on my page – so fun!

I’m so excited also to be using these products in my hybrid December Daily album for this year!! I’ll be sharing that in December here on the blog.

Day in the Life 2016

Hello and happy almost Wednesday! It’s time for the weekly 50% sale at The Lilypad and this week I had fun!! I documented my Day in the Life (from a couple of weeks ago) and I love the result!

I don’t often participate in Ali Edwards’s Day in the Life, but this time I happened to have a number of photos for the day, so I went for it. 🙂 This page was totally inspired by the background paper, which I used as a guide for photo placement.
Have a great rest of the week! And get ready for some Christmas goodness coming on Friday!!

ETA: this page was featured on the Gallery Standouts (GSO) blog today.

November BYOC at The Lilypad

Aaaaah, Friday finally. And I am SO excited about this Friday, because it’s the first Friday of the month, so the new BYOC (Build Your Own Collection) is for sale at The Lilypad. And it’s such a good one!! I seriously couldn’t stop creating with it! Here’s what I made with it.

Another page with the notebook templates… and more fabulous papers! This page is for the 30 Days of Gratitude challenge, I combined the first 2 topics here.

First Snow

Hello and happy Wednesday! I had fun using some of the items that are 50% off through today at The Lilypad! We got our first snow of the season last week. Only a dusting, which appeared overnight. But it stuck to the ground for a few hours, so it totally counts as first snow of the season.

Studio Calico November Kits: Sonnet

Hello and happy November! The Sonnet kits go for sale today at Studio Calico, and I got a head start using some of the digital products for this month.

This is an 8.5″x11″ hybrid page. I used the 12″x12″ Sonnet digital papers and the Sonnet 6″x8″ digital stamp on the background, which was printed on a piece of cardstock.

Then I added some embellishments from my stash – wood veneer letters, chipboard stars and sequins.

Also… did you hear about the latest stamp subscription from Studio Calico? It’s a 6″x8″ stamp set.

You can subscribe here.
It’s a really nice set, I see many used for the numbers – birthdays, milestones, year in review (like how I used it for the pumpkin patch, but with some photos that recap your year)…

Have a good start of the month!! Only 2 months left to wrap up 2016!
