Back in September, Gina Cabrera of Digital Design Essentials had a CT call. I was lucky enough to be picked, and I am thrilled to be creating for her! She has an uncanny eye for design and I love her style so much! Here are a few of her creations that I used first.

This alpha goes with the kit so well!

I love all the wood in this kit! It just makes my think of home and family.

And check out this alpha!! It’s the perfect scrabble tile alpha! I’ve been wanting an alpha like this for like forever!

It is so easy to put together a page with such gorgeous designs!

I’m in love with that bold paper! If I can find the time, I’ll make a hybrid LO using it as background. 🙂

This Sweet Life

Sahlin Studio has a new kit in her store, and it’s 20% off for a few more hours.

Isn’t it gorgeous?! I started out meaning to make a fall-ish page and intended to use quite a bit of the purple touches in the kit, but then DH boycotted me by not passing along the photos I made him take of me with my new haircut this morning, so I sought out the sunnier parts of the kit and came up with this hybrid page instead. 🙂

I got real messy on that fun city map paper, and used mist paint and acrylic paint + modeling paste. Fun!!

Fabulous Fall

A couple of weeks ago Jenn Barrette collabed with Zoe Pearn on a fall kit. I didn’t have time to create with it at the time, but I knew I wanted to use it soon. It’s an adorable fall kit:

The colors are not the traditional fall ones, and maybe that’s why I love this kit so much.

How can it be September already?? Well, the September BYOC is so pretty that it almost makes me glad that a new month is here. 😉 I made the most of Labor Day and scrapped a couple of pages. Yay!
