And It Keeps Getting Better!!

OK, you know the drill: Amy Sumrall is guesting at ScrapOrchard this month, so in addition to her regular products at the LilyPad, she’s working on some exclusive kits for ScrapOrchard.. But this week she completely outdid herself! I seriously cannot pick the favorite out of the three new products she has out today!
First, let me show you, this amazing collab with mle Card:

Here’s a fun page I made with it:

Next, check out this adorable Valentine/perfect for any love page kit:

Finally, isn’t this the prettiest kit ever?? Makes me long for spring even though it’s still months away! 🙂

As all The LilyPad new releases, it’s 20% off all weekend!

Yuck, the week is over already, and I haven’t had time to scrap anything except this last page! :-/ I had to work a lot for a paper deadline next week.. I hope to catch up during the weekend! 🙂

Want to Get Organized?

If you feel you should organize your time better, (and who doesn’t, huh? 😉 ) then you really have to check out the new products in Mari Koegelenberg’s store. She has a great set of creative page planners, weekly planners, monthly planners, and designer planners. There’s also a collection pack with all of the planners:

Check out all these products in her store.. they’re 20% off now and Thursday!

Ready for Valentine’s Day?

I’m almost ready for Valentine’s Day. 🙂 I made a pretty box to hold my Valentine coupons, so I only need to write the coupons (will do that tonight while DH’s not home! 😉 ) and I’ll be all set. 🙂

Here’s some more shots:

It’s sooo pretty! Hope DH likes it! 🙂 I even rounded the corners of the coupons now (I bought a gorgeous corner rounder on my latest online shopping spree!!) but I don’t have pics of that.

Now, on a personal note: I bought a laptop on Sunday because I need it for work (so I can bring work home more easily too.. lucky me, huh.. :-P), but since I alread have my fancy Mac desktop at home for scrapping and everything else, I couldn’t afford getting a Mac laptop too. It also wouldn’t have made any sense, because all of the programs I run for work only work on Windows.. So, I bought a cheap but powerful Windows laptop… and I’m loving it! I didn’t expect to like it so much, after being a converted Mac girl.. but I do! I hope it doesn’t disappoint me! 😉

Hybrid Projects

I have a couple of hybrid projects from last month to share. I am so proud of how these turned out! 😉
The first two were for my Secret Santa gifts (ugh.. my first gift got lost in the mail.. so I had to make new gifts.. :-/). I made a photography frame since the recipient is a photographer:

and a personalized scratch pad holder:

I sent her the penguin card too:

Then, I made some gifts for a Secret Valentine! 🙂 (this time the gifts arrived safely the first time.. phew!)

I made a matching card + candy dispenser 😉

Lemme show you some details:

And then I made her a frame!

All by Mari Koegelenberg Creations:

Here’s some details:

I loooove my glossy accents!

Glitter stickles are pretty neat too!

I inked the prima flower since the color was too bright and it turned out just perfect for this project!

I have rapidly become a fan of distressing ink. A fan?? Let’s admit it: I cannot live without it!

And that’s it for my Secret Santa and Valentine! 😉 I do have some more hybrid goodness to show you, but I’ll leave that for a later post. In the meantime, if you aren’t signed up for the ScrapMatters newsletter, make sure you sign up, because I have a very neat project for the February newsletter, which is going out soon. 🙂

A Few Pages from Last Week

I still have a few pages to show from last week. Last week was a good, productive week! 🙂 I love all the pages I did! 😉

Photo action by my four hens photography

Yeah… guess what? DH wasn’t much in the mood for our monthly photo shoot.. Well, at least I got a half decent shot anyway. And before that, I convinced him to pose for a fun shot with his Snuggie. 😉 I already scrapped that, but I’ll have to wait till Friday to show you that, though. 🙂

I Told Ya!

Well, well, I told you we’d be seeing lots of yummy products from Amy Sumrall this month.. but I wasn’t expecting this much myself!! 😉 She’s really been busy and look all the new products she has out today!

First off, this adorable, adorable kit at Scrap Orchard (where she’s guesting this month):

I haven’t had a chance to scrap with this kit yet, but I really can’t wait. Aren’t the colors just… adorable?!! 😉

Next off, since it’s a new month, it means there’s a whole new load of BYOC products at the LilyPad. Check them out!!

I managed to use them all in this crazy, fun LO – Amy’s products are so much FUN to use!

Grab Bag Time!

It’s grab bag time and Mari Koegelenberg completely outdid herself. This grab bag is huge, packed with bright colors and adorable papers and elements. You don’t want to miss this!!

I used it to make 2 pages for my P365 – the colors were just perfect!

I used it in combination with her adorable collab Count S.W.A.L.-ula to make a card:
